Estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. We cannot change or intercept a package to alter the delivery; any changes must go through the delivery service chosen.
Should you desire expedited shipping, please contact us at support@finleyeaston.com and we will let you know of the options available for an additional cost.

International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't arrive, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address you entered was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@finleyeaston.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Should a package go missing that is marked as delivered, you should contact your delivery carrier and file a lost or stolen package claim with them.

Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. Please note, merchandise may only be returned if in the rare occasion that we made a mistake and sent you a wrong order, damaged merchandise, or mislabelled garments. We cannot return any item that has been worn or damaged after use.
