- If I like something that is S on your site, how do I know how big it will really be? Order the size that is best for your needs based upon measurements. Please consult our Fit page for sizing of all our apparel products. When in between sizes, please order the next size up.
- With the proliferation of items produced in overseas facilities with unethical conditions, I want to buy from a company that makes ethical manufacturing a priority. Are your products produced in sweatshops? Absolutely not! We make sure our products are manufactured in facilities where employees are compensated fairly and treated ethically. Many of our products are proudly made in the US. For those made overseas, we choose suppliers and manufacturers who are committed to the same ethical conditions that we are!
- What is ring-spun cotton? How is this different than regular cotton? Ring-spun cotton is a higher quality, which makes for ultra-softness and great wear over time. Although this is pricier, it gives our products better quality and wearability over time. For more information, please read our materials page
- Why does shipping take so long? Shipping depends on a number of factors. Once you submit your order, it has to be fulfilled. As some of our products our handmade, this time can vary, but on average takes 3 days. After fulfillment, we will ship items to you. Standard shipping in the US takes an average of 3 - 5 business days. This time can depend upon seasonal issues (e.g., right before the holidays carriers can be swamped with orders) and weather conditions (e.g., winter storms, hurricanes). Please take this into account when placing your order and see our shipping info. Should you desire your order faster please contact us and we will let you know what options are available for an additional cost.
- Why do you have different sizes? We realize that some women REALLY love showing off and want a very form-fitting silhouette. Others want a more relaxed style or something they want to wear to accommodate needs. Please take this into consideration when ordering and choose a style in a fit that works for your personal preferences. You can check out the different fits on our fit page.
- Why should I buy from Finley Easton instead of a big box store? Our unique styles are original designs made with superior fabrics, craftsmanship. and a variety of fits. Ethical manufacturing is important to us, and we love our customers.

- Do your products change over time? Yes, our items change seasonally! We have customer favorites that stick around due to demand, but we focus on fashion and relevancy ... we want to stay up to date with styles and give you the best products we can.
- Your products are so cute, I'd love to get something for my friend! Any suggestions? We have great accessories that make a great gift no matter what your size!
